The brand evolved organically over time, beginning as Lowell Professional Services in 2012, providing professional support, consulting, and individual development services. In 2016, the business was formally restructured and registered in Ghana as Reason Consulting, expanding into consulting, training, mediation/ADR, counseling, and travel-related advisory services.
As operations grew and client demand increased, the business expanded beyond Ghana, adopting the RC (Reason Consulting) abbreviation as a unified brand identity. This expansion led to the registration of additional group companies in Ghana and the United Kingdom, as well as strategic partnerships in the Middle East.
Today, REASON CONSULTING with RC Groups operates as a structured international organisations, connecting employers with qualified professionals, supporting organizations with consulting and HR advisory services, developing skills through training programs, and facilitating compliant, partner-based international mobility solutions.
Our operation is now establishing a global operational base in Europe and Asia to serve EU and Asia clients and partners within a regulated and compliant framework.
