In 2016, the business was formally restructured and registered in Ghana as Reason Consulting, expanding into consulting, training, mediation/ADR, counseling, and travel-related advisory services.

As operations grew and client demand increased, the business expanded beyond Ghana, adopting the RC (Reason Consulting) abbreviation as a unified brand identity.
