Prof. Lawrence Lowell is a Full Professor of Business Administration and Dean of International Programmes for St. John of the Cross University (San Juan de la Cruz University), Costa Rica. (http://www.sjdlcuniversity.edu.uy/teachers.html). Prof. Lowell is also a “Full Professor” of “International Programmes and also Accredited to valid international programmes for Busness University of Costa Rica in West Africa. He is the Director of International Programs for West African Affiliate Partner Centre of Quetzalcoatl University of Veracruz, Mexico. Prof. Lowell practice as a Professional Counseling Psychologist/Guardian Counselor licensed by Ghana Psychology Council, with full Memberships in American Psychological Association, International Council of Psychologist, and International Association of Applied Psychologist. He is in legal practice as “ADR Practitioner-(CertADR)” and Member of Ghana National Association of ADR Practitioners-MGNAAP, “Memebr of International Bar Association”, and International Law Association British Branch. Prof. Lowell is in the final stage to become “Chartered International ADR Practitioner” in Asian Institute of ADR. He is for certification as Global Immigration Specialist while in practicing oferring immgration assistance. He is ‘Accredited Management Consultant-AMG™’ with Licensed/Chartered Certification, a Fellow, and also Global Academic Advisor and Board of Standard in Ghana, Global Board of Academics/Professors Advisory Council of GAFM™ USA. He is also URGC Ambassador on Educational Programs for Displaced/Refugee People for Ghana-Global. His next professional career is to be a license Lawyer in Ghana.
